Spring Break
We took a roadtrip north to Savannah and Charleston for spring break. The cities were packed with history and charm. Savannah has dozens of quaint parks. The city was gearing up for St. Patrick's Day. The energy was electric!
Traditionally, cotton was brought to Savannah for inspection. The inspectors would stand on bridges while the cotton was wheeled in wagons below.
No spring break would be complete without a stop at the beach. Our final stop was Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The beach was magnificent and you could see dolphins in the surf.

Hello! I came apon your blog and noticed your Hilton Head caption. I absolutely love Hilton Head beaches too; I visit there every summer with my cousin. We ended up literally bumping into a pod of wild dolphins one time! =D Hope you had a good time!
Just wait till Jackson can soak in all those historical facts. Its neat that you can be that close to all of it.
Great pictures! I can't believe how big he is getting. Looks like you are all doing well.

Sounds like you had a great trip.
*on a side note--is there a Perkins family in your ward? They were our friends from Indiana and they live in Gainesville now.
Christy, I emailed you about the Perkins family.
Amanda, I need your email address so we can catch up.
To everyone else, thanks for the comments... we sure miss you.
To Anonymous, we LOVED Hilton Head. What a great spot!
