Her FIRST Day

It was tough for this little girl to wait for her first day of school. They stagger start the Kindergarten (have 4-5 kids attend at a time), so she had to wait...and wait...and wait some more (complete torture, especially since big brother was going every day). Today was the day! Here is the official FIRST PHOTOGRAPH. Kindergarten, here we come.

Ashton had a fabulous day. She rode her bike, used lots of "jitter glitter" (glitter from the teacher that is supposed to be 'magical' and take away your jitters), loved recess, made new friends, and gets to be the first Student of the Day (they go alphabetically by first names). She is soooo excited. I am so happy that she had a great first day. :-)
