Carving Pumpkins
Happy Halloween! We finally carved our pumpkins. The kids (and Brent!) had a blast.
Ashton thought the pumpkins were so cool. She was laughing and putting her hands into the bowl holding the pumpkin insides. She was SOOO excited!
Jackson DID NOT want to touch the pumpkin insides. He kept saying, "EWWWW! Smelly Pumpkin Stuff", which only made Ashton laugh harder.
He did LOVE taking the pumpkin top on and off.
Our hero. I have to say, I was not super excited to carve pumpkins. It's messy! Brent is a great sport and when you see the grins...carving the pumpkins was totally worth it.
Ashton was all about the pumpkin insides. She LOVED putting her hands in the bowl.
The kids were so excited about the pumpkins, especially when Daddy lit the candles.

Great pics you took Shanna! I am impressed with Brent's pumpkin carving skills. Those Jack O' Lanterns were awesome!
So fun! I miss being able to carve pumpkins. Loved the pic of Ashton checking out the inside of the pumpkin. You have such a beautiful family!
