New Addition
Brent and I are ecstatic to share that WE ARE HAVING A BOY!! We are so excited and relieved that the ultrasound today showed the baby to be developing normally and that the neonatologist confirmed that everything looks okay. I had a miscarriage in November, and it was extremely difficult. For that reason, we have been very hesitant to discuss the pregnancy. We told Ashton and Jackson tonight, and they are THRILLED. Both of them jumped up and down screaming "We're having a baby!!" and then had to rush over and hug my belly (um, yes...our children are blissfully oblivious...I'm nearly 20 weeks and they had NO idea). Our official due date is November 1. I was confident it was a girl because I've been REALLY sick...so we were pretty shocked. We are so excited!

Congrats we are so excited for your family. Cant wait to meet this little guy. We had no idea you had a miscarriage and we are family! we would of loved to help you out at the time. So sorry you had to go threw it without the suport of family behind ya. We are excited for you at this time I hope you get over the sickness soon. THe kids had the best reaction so cute!!!

I'm so so thrilled for you Shanna, you and Brent are great parents and those kids sure are lucky to have you! Maybe if we actually all get out to Tahoe next Spring, we'd actually get to meet this little guy!!
