It was quiet...I should have known Jackson was up to something, but I kept thinking, "he's just playing nicely with his toys"-Yeah, right. I was in a cleaning frenzy, and when I came out of the bathroom...this is what I saw. : )
Children really do teach you so much. For example, we went to an Easter egg hunt. As parents, Brent and I were really excited to help Jackson gather all the eggs. When Jackson found his first egg, the hunt was over. He was completely satisfied with one egg. Coaxing him, attempting to show him other eggs...it was to no avial. He had his egg, and that's all he needed. I reflected on my life. I should be happy with "my egg"; instead of always thinking I need more. What a great life lesson...Be satisfied with the "egg" you have.
