We love our walks, but it's been a little cold. No worries, we'll just bundle up!

A Rough Week

Last Saturday, we took Ashton's pacifier away because she hadn't removed it all day (she ate almost nothing all day because she wouldn't take it out). We cut off the nipple and told her it was "broken". I have to admit I HAVE BEEN DREADING THIS DAY! She's been a little grouchier than normal, and MUCH more vocal (which is sometimes not a good thing). It's a little sad to see her say "Paci broken", but I have to admit, I'm happy to be paci-free!

Merry Christmas

While we really missed our extended family, it was soooo nice not to travel 10 hours on Christmas. We had such a nice, relaxing Christmas. The kids were very excited about the new toys, and we loved being together as a family.

Jackson was so excited that Santa remembered "Dinoco Chick Hicks, Dinoco Lightning McQueen and lots of racecars".
Ashton loved the baby--and immediately removed her headband. :)
