Veteran's Day Parade 09

I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to patriotic holidays (comes from my mother's side of the family-I could devote an entire blog to that alone. I bet none of you had to perform in a Veteran's Day Assembly with your family, in front of the entire JUNIOR HIGH). Reno has a great Veteran's Day parade. All the high school JROTC and marching bands participate. We had a fun time this year. Ashton loved the bands, and Jackson was very excited to see the horses.

Children's Museum

Playgroup this week was at the Children's Museum. We'd never been there before. It was kind of small, but the kids had a a great time!

I told Brent we HAVE to get an air hockey table. Jackson LOVED playing. They had a stool he could stand on, and he was pretty good for his first time!
