Hanging Out

Just some random pictures. We got a firepit, and tonight we made s'mores. It was really fun. Jackson kept saying "Make the fire big, Daddy!" It's really funny to watch Ashton and Jackson play together. Tonight, they were running around through the house playing the "chase" game (I know this because Jackson said, "Mom, we're playing the 'chase' game"). Everything Jackson does, Ashton wants to be a part of. They are so fun.

Balloon Races

The Balloon Races are a favorite event here. Last year, the wind brought the balloons right to our house. This year, the wind took the balloons in the completely opposite direction, so we had to "chase" some down. We found one about to land in a nearby park, so we stopped and watched. It was so much fun. The kids LOVED it.

Labor Day Weekend

My sister and her family came for Labor Day Weekend. We had soooo much fun. The kids played so well together. We hung out, shopped and ate great food. Thanks for coming, Trish, Nigel, Ethan and Cameron!

Jackson and Ethan slept on the floor in sleeping bags. They had a blast together. I'm surprised we even got this picture--they were going nonstop.

We took the kids to Idlewild Park for the train ride. They absolutely LOVED it!
